Lynn Mintz, Office Manager
Lynn has been in the Produce industry for over 10 years and is very knowledgeable in the day to day operations with customer service, answering telephones, order entry, invoicing, A/R, A/P, Payroll and helping walk-in customers with their fresh produce purchases.
Lynn schedules our local shipments and makes all the required appointments and paperwork necessary.
Most of Lynn’s time in the Produce industry has been involved in Logistics, handling our Importing & Exporting of Fresh Produce and Exporting container loads. All required documentation and follow up is tracked and forwarded to all parties involved.

Debbie Beintema, Health & Safety / Food Safety Manager
Debbie is a former provincial government agency inspector, she is responsible for the quality control program. Her many years of experience with vegetables assures our customers are receiving the highest quality package. Debbie has been an integral part of our Gold Rating Certification in third party audits since 2006. Her experience and diligence enables our facility to offer excellence in our industry.
